In order to help control rates increases, please mail checks for all your payments to Paul’s Delaware address provided on your reservation form that is sent to you upon making your reservation. If you are making a last minute deposit or payment with a credit card, use the “Buy Now” link below.


Stays of less than one week will be accommodated if possible, please call with your requests. We do have a 4 night minimum.

List of Policies

  • Daily & Weekly rates are for a maximum of four people for Cottage 1, five people for Cottage 2 & 3, and 9 people for the Lakehouse.
  • For the comfort of all, smoking is allowed outside.
  • Reservations require a 50% deposit.
  • Balance plus 6% Michigan sales tax is due 30 days in advance of arrival.
  • No refunds without a 60 day notice.
  • Well-behaved Pets are welcome ($75 per week)

It’s important to remember that this is Up North. We sometimes experience power outages, and there are insects, critters, and extremes in temperature. That’s part of the wonderful experience of being up here away from it all.
